Your Delivery  & shipping Options

Order Processing Times:

Please note: All orders are processed and shipped within  24-48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays.

We do NOT ship to P.O. Box Addresses.

Domestic Orders:

Standard U.S. Ground: Delivery in 5-8 business days cost= $9.95.

Express U.S.  Delivery in 2-4 working days; cost = $14.95

Next Day: Order by 4:00PM PT: Delivery next business day; cost= $19.95

International: For all international orders please contact us first at customerservice@botanicfulani.com

Wrong Address

Once an order has been shipped, Botanic Fulani is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed to be delivered to the address provided by customer at the time of order. If package is returned to us due to invalid address or undeliverable, you will be issued a refund minus any shipping + re- routing fees   used to ship original package.

Cancellation Policy
Please note our order-fulfillment and shipping method are designed to get your orders to you as quickly as possible. Therefore, we cannot cancel, change or price adjust an order once it has been shipped.

Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

We thank you and appreciate your business. Please note due to the nature of our products all sales are final. Once an order has shipped, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

Wrong Item & Damaged Products:

We do allow wrong products to be returned within 5 business days after receiving your items, but only after contacting us at   customerservice@botanicfulani.com. Please submit photo images of the product. We will gladly accept any return of products in the event we send you an incorrect item by mistake, but before doing so contact us within 5 business days of receiving your product.  @customerservice@botanicfulani.com. You must include photos of items and original receipts. All returns must be authorized and if you have any questions regarding returns please contact us customerservice@botanicfulani.com.

Botanic Fulani, LLC will not be responsible if you receive damaged product.

Taxes

Sales tax shall be applied to all orders within California based on shipping address. For all orders outside the state of California, the customer is solely responsible for their own taxes.
